All sales are final. We will offer an exchange within a week (7 days) of receiving product if said product has a manufactures defect. Worn or altered product cannot be exchanged. If we no longer have your specific item in stock you have the option to choose one of the following;
1) exchange the defective item for a single, same priced item.
2) receive a credit towards a future purchase.
3) receive a refund.
We will send you a return authorization form and return mailing label to process even exchanged items. Allow up to 2 weeks to process your exchange. We will ship your exchanged item at no additional charge to you if it was in our error. The refund will include the amount of the product and taxes. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales item and promotional merchandise are final sales.
